3 stars: Love this app, but my only problem is you blocking me for not having National Identity Card... The registration of that card is still ongoing so i dont understand why i should be blocked for not having one. Also we haven't started using that card in Ghana here. You guys need to do something about it cos less than 20 percent of the people here have been able to do the registration.

4 stars: I like the app, but i have problem with the cancellation rate. The app sometimes counts the trip i made as a canceled trip, but i never canceled it. This happened to me three times only in this month. My cancellation rate is supposed to be less than 4%, but it says 6%. I really appreciate that if they could fix this horrible situation.
4 stars: This is a decent app when you get it figured out, but the biggest thing is wait times at the riders stops - you make 9 cents a minute, which doesn't even calculate to minimum wage, it's just over half of minimum wage. Figure in the gas it takes to idle your vehicle and it costs you money to wait for people to shop at 7eleven etc. This is the biggest complaint of mine.
