3 stars: It is good to create an exclusive app for merchants but sometimes this app doesn't work properly. The notification of chats, discussion and orders are late so I have to keep checking my phone, opening the app to prevent slow responses. I prefer to use Tokopedia app than this app for checking incoming orders, chats or discussions. I hope the developer team can advance this app. This app should be convenient for sellers.
