5 stars: So far I was able to backup my personal data to my SD without any issues, I have not restore from the backup yet, no need for now, until when I have to. Love my affordable LG Stylo 4.

4 stars: Pretty good app, took about an hour to switch everything from my lg g7 to another lg g7 (my charging port broke) and it worked out. Only problems is that i had to reinstall some apps because they were crashing as soon as i opened them, and all my messages were jumbled up, like messages between one person would be in another dm with someone different.
