5 stars: just completed set up and so far, I absolutely love it. so much value built into this app. It will make achieving weight loss goals a breeze! it takes the stress out of tracking, planning and shopping...EVERYONE should have this app!!
5 stars: Exactly what I was searching for!!! Takes into consideration you weight and food preferences and makes an entire meal plan and grocery list for you with keto, paleo, vegetarian options. Awesome!
4 stars: so far it's really good. very easy to use and the year cost is very reasonable and there are lots of options available. have not started yet need time to prep for it goal to start in a week
5 stars: Great app! A variety of recipes to choose from. You can choose anything from a vegetarian to a keto based diet. If you like to cook, and would like to prepare a a variety of healty meals, this program is for you.l!!
3 stars: so far I dont see how I can make this work, everyone in my house eats differently and I dont have any time in the AM to do any cooking everything would have to be done the day before? I'll try but... the recipes seem impossible when I'm not the only one eating 😢
5 stars: nice app. a good tool to get started with keto and helps keep you on track. I hope they continue to improve and add to it. I'd like to be able to change number of servings of what I eat, and I'd be nice to be able to scan barcodes of custom foods. all in all not a bad tool
