5 stars: installed this release Nov 20, it just keep crashing after initial installation, now i cant even load the main page every time i try opening the app and the same outcome with my 2 phones and pad, arent you supposed to be one of the biggest platforms in the world? With product as BAD as this, who would dare trading with your app honestly???? Thank you for the quick response, updated to the latest version Nov 26, app working fine now, ACE!
5 stars: I like this software very much it has many good things but also there is a problem when you want to buy or sell something, its system slows down a lot on the Lord's time with other people. I don't understand what is the reason, believe me, this is a very good software, anyone can use it easily, but now it needs to be updated more speed wise.
4 stars: I was using this app smoothly till I wanted to back up my wallet with Google drive. Whenever I attempt the back up, I'm prompted that the limited to the number of user who can back up their wallets with Google drive has been reached. I also need that backup today and tomorrow. Do something before I switch. There are several web 3 apps! I give you a three-day ultimatum
4 stars: I don't know why they're focused on residential identifying people? I think when you have the phone number, the email and the ID nowadays are sufficient. People travel and relocate all the time. Observing that case, only our email and our ID should be considered and verified on KYC...OKX team s...
