5 stars: Love using the app! It makes check in so much easier and faster with the option to check in via the app instead of following those long airport ques and it allows you to access your boarding pass with ease for scanning and finding your seat!

4 stars: As others have mentioned, the app is still quite lean on features. I'm looking forward to having the full suite of features that they have on the website. Especially now with the FlyMore offering that's just launched. Please, I would also love to see past flights in the app. Currently once you've flown the info just disappears, a history would be very useful. Otherwise good.
3 stars: VERY FRUSTRATING! Ive been trying for hours to pay for a flight. After going into banking app I start booking from sctatch. Where I do manage to proceed payment does not go throught. Ibeen watching that plane flying foreever. These are not welcome hustles for urgent situations. Ive had no problems in the past.
3 stars: Would be nice if this app actually allowed you to pay for your booking. 4 attempts to pay and the world spins infinitely.
2 stars: Frustrating. I tried to do some changes on the app and it would not allow me to make the booking priority and change the seats and then pay for everything together. I had to pay for the seats and then pay for priority separately- A big hack!
