5 stars: Nice convenient app. Previously, I used to booked tickets through irctc app, but it is useless. When minimised for payment, it crashes, payment deducts, ticket not booked. But in this app no such problems, payment UPI app open with in this app. Stress free. If you are booking ticket and there is less balance in your account and you close app, You get email link to pay (No need to fill passengers details again in app to book ticket)
4 stars: Please implement an option to keep IRCTC account logged in the app. It's better to book directly from IRCTC if I have to login to my account everytime I had to book a ticket. This has never changed since 2020 when I started using this app.
3 stars: When you put our reservation on a waiting list and cancel it, how come you can see the charge? Cancellation is not something we do. Because of this, we encounter numerous problems. When the entire persuade charge and agency fee have been paid, the waiting list cancellation charge shouldn't be seen. This is a scam!
2 stars: Guys listen to me carefully please. You all have to read this before installing This app shows you the train and bus ticket seats . But when you pay them, they don't give you the ticket. And shows booking failed. And i literally cried . Then after a while they refunded us. It was very urgent for us to go so we had booked. But please don't play with our feelings . But we got our full refund back of 2670 Rs.
