5 stars: It is a great, reliable app. Ive been using it for 5 years now, if I ever had any problems, I'd contact grab support and the problem is usually fixed quickly in a friendly manner. The only minor complain I have really is restaurants don't appear if they are closed (which is frustrating, cause I thought maybe I mispelled and kept trying to get them to show, should've just shown me they are closed)
4 stars: The app has indeed improved throughout the years, but it is unfortunate that a 15 minute ride can cost me a whopping RM36 in peak hours. I could'nt underdstand the math behind it, it's not like it passed a highway or anything but it's just madly, unreasonably expensive.
4 stars: When you make an order that meets the minimum requirements (for coupons and discounts) and the seller removes 1 product from order, you lose all the discounts and not able to cancel the order. Thats not good. Other than that, no problems with the app for over a year.
2 stars: The geolocation accuracy of the app is quite off. This caused the driver to drive to a pickup location that was about 80 meters away from where I was. I needed to cross a road and walked to find the car while the driver and I talked on the phone to find each other. Much improvement on the app is required in this aspect.
