3 stars: the app tries to do a lot, but it doesn't do very much of it well. there have been several times wherein I searched an answer to a problem before finally giving up and calling Verizon. the chat system lags terribly and so often (even with images \u0026 careful explanations) the csr on the other side of the chat seems to have no clue of basic app abilities. it could be a lot worse; however, there is still a lot of room for improvement.
3 stars: Update: application keeps crashing, logins rarely work (need to reset every month to claim rewards), slow. UI is decent. Menu makes sense. \
4 stars: The app makes it very easy for me to shop for new devices and pay my bill. I gave it four stars because I it's near impossible to get an actual customer service rep on the phone with the automated systems and they don't always know what you're trying to find out. But otherwise Verizon customer service is wonderful!
5 stars: I have been able to handle most of my issues through the app, and it makes paying my bill very easy. Of the apps from service providers that I use regularly, this one is probably my favorite. It's the only one I'll open just randomly to check out what's new, that's for sure.
4 stars: The app is easy to use, I like that I set up payment options if I can't pay the entire bill on the day I'm expected to or set up payment arrangements as well.. also it's easy to make changes on your account as well, it's a great app, has been to me anyway...
