3 stars: It was a lot better before it has certainly tightened up tremendously, I've been playing for years with not to many errors no there seems to be a coup.e a day where your not getting what you won or they skip your bonus completely, and its useless to send customer support an email I've sent like 4 or 5 with nothing even remotely getting fixed, I like alot of people if it doesn't get fixed quick ill just stop entirely
