3 stars: I do not have log in issues like other customers who left a review. The app is cool for paying your bill but if you need customer support and try to say your issue the automated part never understands the CS people have been nice but if you get disconnected they do not call you back and you have to start over with a new CS person. My phone is lowsy on the other hand. Can't keep a call to save my life.
4 stars: App is a bit slow to work with , it makes the overall experience substandard. Other than that, I'm able to get most of what I want to do thought the app and don't have to get in touch with a rep.
5 stars: I've been with Verizon for 15 years for a reason. Connectivity no matter what remote location I end up in for work, phenomenal customer service, and nothing they can't help with or address. Thanks for being an amazing partner as my needs grow!
4 stars: I use this app frequently but this morning it insisted I update when no update was available. I had to wipe all the data and go back to the stock version to get it working again.
