5 stars: I've never had a single issue. After the app paired the first time with my firestick, it connects immediately, every single time. The controls are slightly different then the firestick remote, but are very user friendly. Great to have if you have misplaced the original remote.
5 stars: Excellent App, works well every time and is completely reliable. Just a tip to users: if you're having trouble making the connection, make sure you swipe it off completely with the square button. The app only gives you one opportunity to find the source and needs to be closed completely in order to try again. It's a little thing, but an easy fix, and in no real way interferes with the awesomeness of this app.
4 stars: Despite the random intermittent connection issue, it is much better than having no remote at all. Otherwise, easy to set up and use. FYI: If it loses connection, and you can't reconnect after some time trying all the usual methods, check for an available update... this recently had me stumped for over an hour.
