5 stars: This app is a very useful app for Kuwaiti life. But for those who don't understand Arabic like me, it's a big problem that they can't use it in English. However, this app is useful most of the time.

4 stars: Excellent application from PACI where all the ministries procedures are located in one place which have been simplified and quick to be notified about their status. The only negative I would give is unfortunately the availability of English language. This is something I would request to the developer to consider it a highly request feature. Other than that, thumbs up
3 stars: I had uninstalled the app on my phone due to not working properly. Now, when I try to reinstall, it is just pausing in the entry menu where I have to enter the 12 digits CIVIL ID number. This app must have an English version too... It's difficult to understand the Arabic version since we are not that fluent in Arabic language.
