5 stars: this is the best cardio workout app i have ever seen that includes fighting techniques as well as defence . i will not lie to you :: sweat is dripping off the tip of my nose just after the first day 1 beginner workout. conclusion : 100% efficient app. although the app is good , the premium pack is just not worth 990 INR ( the only fault is this)
