4 stars: I have had the app for only a few weeks. when i get in the car i get the connectivity icon on the screen in the car. As far as I know it is all connected and synced to the car. I still can't figure out how to get the points i was told i would get when i installed the app. will need to talk to the dealership and find out what i am not doing. Other than that it seems to be working fine.
5 stars: works great, I can be anywhere in the province and stills use the auto start in the mornings and use the lock and unlock doors is the best. I don't have to buy a auto start kit with this app.
4 stars: The system works good, but when I'm looking for support information it constantly loses my vehicle and cannot give me support info for my specific vehicle. I the have to insert a vehicle specs similar to mine.
5 stars: The ability to start, lock and unlock doors and the locate feature are helpful (how I can lose my car in a parking lot is too funny!) Ford Pass....a must have app!
