4 stars: I've been using the app since early Jan 2019. Great experience. However for the past 1 week, I have not gotten any Notification Sound when my car Exit the Geofence. I've checked my setting all in order \u0026 no setting change from before. Please help to rectify the Notification Sound. Thanks.
3 stars: Location not accurate some time. Notificarions are late. Notification did not come some time.
3 stars: Does all that I need it to do. I have a second (monitored) system installed but you can't view your trips. The only gripe is that the app needs to be running in the background for the push alerts to work. This is a serious shortcoming and needs addressing in future releases.
5 stars: The IMEI number of the AM-OB22 kept stating 'device does not exist'. This was resolved promptly and professionally. Second tracker identified easily. Both working very well after a number of months. Minimal data usage from sim cards. pPinpount gps accuracy.
5 stars: Excellent application, Need to control the refreshing time (10s) to make it 2s for example. Sometimes need to direct the driver on real time and the 10 seconds is too long. Thanks
3 stars: Switching to another account and opening command module is too slow, and mobile battery is draining quickly while using the app, integrating trips and other reports in the app will be more handy inspite viewing reports in system, hope will be fixed in next update.
