5 stars: I've been paid for amount (after 10 minutes book). Then wait for 2 hours. And you know what? My booking it's canceled and my money didn't back. I contact the CS and they not reply my email. This is my 7th booking, 1st until 6th booked never get problem I really disappoint with the CS!
5 stars: Have used this sight 3 times this year and have not been let down yet, used a different sight last year and had rooms with black mold or smells, you name it we had it...best sight yet!
4 stars: The user experience is quite good. The only negative thing on the mobile app is that it's not possible to filter by twin rooms while there is a filter for family rooms. This is an easy filter to set up and would save a lot of time when searching.
4 stars: I don't need to see sold out hotels just the ones that are available. Another issue I have seen is that price of the room increases from the advertised price right before the last final screen. I am lucky I caught it in time. Screenshots are also not allowed for some reason.
5 stars: Very easy to use app, seeing detailed description of each type of room in a hotel, free cancellation option and plenty of reviews are very beneficial.

3 stars: A decent app, but, as for the website itself, it feels too busy, the layout and design looks a bit 'old', it is not easy to find relevant information on it. Also, I would appreciate two-factor authentication via installed app rather than a text...
