5 stars: the test drive was a bit annoying but we recieved an amazingly lower quote out of it, so it is definitely worth the wait while doing the test drive! we went from $120 a month with Geico to $56.50 a month with root! that is for 2 drivers and 2 vehicles, liability only. that is a major change for sure!! saves us over $700 a year!

5 stars: Root is absolutely amazing. This cut my insurance down by over $140 a month. I'm so happy to be confident in high quality insurance at an affordable price. Every day on the road I know I'm covered and covered well. Also customer service has responded quickly and efficiently to every issue and question. 5/5 isn't good enough in my opinion.
4 stars: Slowly dropping my rating from 5 stars. I was accident free for six months. Didn't move. Rates INCREASED. No response from customer support. But they're quick to take your money. If I don't get a valid responsr on why my rate is increasing, I'm dropping them. I did respond to their email. They havn't replied back.
3 stars: Great rates for good drivers. My wife and I are now with Root and saved $780/yr. Would be nice to be able to pay for 12mo. though. App could be improved upon. I disabled the location and motion permissions after the test drive. Root Ins. app was consuming 10-15% of my battery within the first three hours of the day. App is on SM-G955U
