5 stars: Wild berries is one of the oldest and most trusted online shopping apps. Here you can find almost any consumer product you want... something a bit like Ali Express. I've never had a problems with my purchases and so far I'm happy with my experience.

3 stars: UI too complex for mobile screen quick view and fingers, no sync with PC browser information except recents, annoying phone ad notifications besides your own orders.
2 stars: Very poor order tracking info. No possibilities for customer/seller communication. No way to raise certain issues with the delivery, as there is a very limited list of issues to apply with questions.
2 stars: Nothing works normally, prices may vary up to 80%. I'm getting notifications that my orders are ready to take, but the app does not update statuses. I always need to write to support or visit the pick-up point to check. After adding a product to the wish list, the price starts to increase day by day. I asked the seller and they said that Wildberries changed prices. No apologies for the lateness.
