4 stars: Would've been 5 stars but sometimes I select a price and then the price changes before I arrive at my destination. Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has happened several times now. Otherwise muy Bueno.
3 stars: I have had a few issues with this app but its okay i hate when the drivers wait 2 min before there going to pick you up to cancel the trip its a big inconvenience when you are waiting out in the cold and the cars keep canceling and canceling something has to be done they should fine the drivers if they wait till there just about to pick you up that way if they change there mind they do it on appropriate time .
3 stars: Didi used to be Uber's competition however its very hard to find a ride when you need it, and when you do find one, they cancel for no apparent reason. Not reliable anymore, saved as back up, hopefully the good old times returns.
2 stars: Easy to use decent service,. It there's something in need of improvement, safety. The rider has no info about the driver apart from a photo and their first name. That's really useless in case something like a robbery happens. Didi has to put more commitment into improving passenger safety. If it weren't for this safety concern I would give the app 5 stars.
