5 stars: Better to rely upon app. It's easy convinient and safe from all perspective. Win win situation for both rider and car owner. Appreciate the initiative. However considering steep increase in fuel prices especially CNG n Petrol as well I suggest sride to consider increase in fare rate.
3 stars: I've been driving with them for over two years. They don't pay out the amount accumulated in the wallet! I had to follow up multiple times to get my money :(
2 stars: Very bad UX, not easy to manage bookings or requests. No option to buy multiple rides, or integration with wallet to reduce the need for buying rides everytime. Inconsistent and buggy. Only reason to use is user base, but that too won't remain long if this remains the experience.
2 stars: I used to love this app. But inspite of giving feedback several times, nothing has been done. You need to come up with more filters: time, max distance from pick up point, max distance from drop point, Limit search based on start point of pool within 2/5 kms from pick up, etc! When are you gonna add these filters! Waiting to see this, so I can give a 5 star rating
