5 stars: The interface is clean. It is very fast in planning the route. A useful features is to show the traffic bar while you drive. I have used an old version and you can see a lot improvement has been made in about one year! With the latest version the voice of guide has some background noise. It applies to more languages. Except for that, I am quite satisfied with it.
4 stars: It's a perfect navigation and location app. But still have crashing sometimes while navigating. Driving mode won't support sometimes. And can't login to huawei account, then why this app available at Android play store.
4 stars: Map display actually very friendly user type, just tat tis petal maps can't enlarge or zoom into bigger size display. Because, it's map display although got 3D, but with a + or - symbol, for map enlarge will be better.
3 stars: Switched to Petal from Google Maps after Google borked their navigation, and was surprised at how fully featured this navigation system is. Only downsides are the UK voices, all sound incredibly poor quality, to the point I can barely understand them (lots of hissing noises). And prompts are too late, for example, it will say
3 stars: Not sure why it pings so often, but, it is very off putting. Also why do we have to have American English for female or male? Why isn't there a UK English. This app still has potential, but it is still disjointed and in it infancy. I'm still sticking with Waze or Google maps.
