4 stars: It sure would be nice if the widget resumed updating properly. It used to fairly precisely indicate the remaining data on the plan for the month. Now I'm lucky if it shows the remaining data at the time I installed the widget onto the home screen. Most times it just shows,
4 stars: Speeds could be faster in my area but overall I've been with Verizon for 7 years an don't see a need in changing. I like the included add ons for the different plans. Wish that Verizon cloud had a way to know if the file has been backed up before or not because I've got lots of duplicates but yeah.
3 stars: The app itself isn't always easy to navigate or user friendly. I work for Verizon and even explaining how or where to go or how to sign in can be problematic. Some of the security protocol has been sending the wrong question , so the answer is impossible. And for those that are non to fond of technology , well this becomes an even bigger challenge. When you design or upgrade or replace within the app, please consider all demographics.
