3 stars: Used the app a few years back (2018ish) and it worked like a charm, now it's filled with lots of little bugs that add up to a subpar experience. Needs some polishing, for example the live chat sometimes endlessly thinks your message is \
4 stars: The convenience of having a delivery option for so many restaurants cannot be denied. There is an important caveat however, there is not always a driver available and I have personally had delivery times over 2 hours because of this. Before installing check with friends in your area who already use the app, to see if the delivery times in your area are reasonable.
3 stars: Good app but recent update stops reordering, please bring back reorders. The Reorder link is there but when I click on it it doesn't put any items in the basket. Was very handy for repeat orders such as bread, milk, ingredients that we order regularly. Please put this feature back in, it's very convenient and surely helps the shop with more sales.
3 stars: The app overall great, however its very annoying that it does not give you the option to cancel if items are unavailable. You get an email saying items have been refunded but the order is already on way so nothing can be done. You have to give your customers the option to cancel if the main items are not available.
