3 stars: Used the app a few years back (2018ish) and it worked like a charm, now it's filled with lots of little bugs that add up to a subpar experience. Needs some polishing, for example the live chat sometimes endlessly thinks your message is \
3 stars: Delivery is super expensive so I usually just go direct to the restaurants as it's cheaper and their customer service is shockingly bad so much easier if there are any problems to deal with the restaurant direct. Also there is no way to rate / review your driver (only the restaurant) which is really annoying!
4 stars: I like the features, I've not had a problem with deliveries yet. JustEat is definitely cheaper but I've had issues with not getting the right food etc from them in the past.
5 stars: First time using the app for a one off takeaway lunch and am not disappointed. Service was quick and food was lovely and hot. The only thing is, adding your address could be easier as it originally estimates where you are (it added a neighbour's address a few doors down) and took me a few minutes to find how to add it manually.
3 stars: The app overall great, however its very annoying that it does not give you the option to cancel if items are unavailable. You get an email saying items have been refunded but the order is already on way so nothing can be done. You have to give your customers the option to cancel if the main items are not available.
