3 stars: Personally I am not a fan. It works great when it does work. Then when it doesn't it normally requires an update or reboot or something along the lines of something is out of date. OS or app.
3 stars: Overall this app does what it says it does, the reason I am giving it 3 stars is because it will not allow me to approve logins from my Galaxy Watch4, however my coworker who has an iPhone and Apple Watch can approve logins directly from her watch. This seems like a crucial feature that Wear OS users should also be able to use.
4 stars: I receive the notifications in a timely manner and the GUI is simple. However, one point for improvement is the positioning of the Accept/Reject button. Right now, it overlaps with the on-screen fingerprint reader at the base of the display. What happens is after unlocking the phone, one can accidentally press the unintended button. Perhaps it would be better to raise the vertical position of the buttons.
5 stars: All these negative reviews I'm seeing are ridiculous. I work in IT with Duo daily. Don't blame the app for your lack of understanding or user error. This is honestly one of the better MFAs on the market and far easier to setup and use than most. I have no issues with Duo.
