4 stars: Works great about 90% of the time, the remote starter will work for 4 or 5 days straight and than decide that it doesn't want to work anymore even after closing and reopening the app and even reinstalling, and than the day after it will start working again, the app can be inconsistent at times

3 stars: Idea of the app is great but...the app should show vehicle lock status to show if the vehicle is locked or unlocked when opening the app and the lock and unlock is very slow and I find I have to pull down to refresh after about 5-10 seconds to get it to lock or the button you pushed just keeps spinning.
4 stars: Ford needs to add more options to their app such as in-car (heat \u0026 cold)temperature control for remote start.
5 stars: I have tried starting my vehicle using the remote app from 10km away and it worked. Awesome app!!
3 stars: 3 Nov 2021 updated rating to 3 stars. Issue with spinning wheel of death fixed. Though still no OTA for updates to BCM, PCM \u0026 APIM on sync 3 vehicles. App could use a tweak though. It should display the locked or unlocked status on the screen instead of always having to press the lock or unlock button to ensure the vehicle is locked or not.
