3 stars: Overall this app does what it says it does, the reason I am giving it 3 stars is because it will not allow me to approve logins from my Galaxy Watch4, however my coworker who has an iPhone and Apple Watch can approve logins directly from her watch. This seems like a crucial feature that Wear OS users should also be able to use.
4 stars: Duo 2FA does the trick at work but have one UX suggestion I think would help save time/errors .. when Duo activity in foreground, don't issue the Android topbar notification because the Yes/No box blocks the big green bar inside the activity to quickly accept the request. Still want a vibrate/sound because ppl might forget to check.
4 stars: For the last few weeks, possibly since the last update, Duo doesn't respond to notifications. I have to open it whenever I send a push. It's not that big a deal now that I understand that's the case. I've tried the fixes on the site but nothing's helped. It worked fine for a couple of years before that.
4 stars: Simple for users and simple for IT. Would love to see better integration with the Samsung Galalxy Watch but that is more of a feature request and not a deficiency. Push feature works well for users that can't be bothered to open the app for a code. Also the 3rd party support helps us build a culture where MFA is important on more than just corporate assets and can be extended to personal email and social media.
