4 stars: Very convenient. In a few occasions I do not get a notification for a new sign in. In those cases I have to manually open te app to approve.
4 stars: Required for remote log-ins for work. Our company had several breeches b4 implementing, none since. My MotoZ auto-opened Duo, interrupted other phone functions when pinged, Galaxy 20 does not which makes it more difficult to use. Switching phones required in-house tech support.
3 stars: 2nd issue) This morning I logged into my computer and normally the app would ping me and require my permission to go any further. But it didn't. I just got right in with no verification. I was curious so I logged out of the computer and tried again and this time the app popped up and worked like it was supposed to. Odd. Not consistent and not safe
