5 stars: I love this app! It helps make practicing yoga much more accessible for me. I can practice at home as well as when I travel. The poses and stretches are demonstrated and explained well, very comparable to an in-person class. And the instructor voices are so relaxing. The sessions are super customizable to fit any of my needs. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to fit practicing yoga in any sort of schedule.
5 stars: perfect balance of variety and consistency. works when I want an intense workout or gentle stretches. videos show poses clearly, though it may still take a few tries if you are new to yoga. my favorite feature is the 'boosts' option, which changes up the poses you get to better focus on one area. for me, totally worth the money.
3 stars: generally very good but doesn't have any setting to indicate your mass, so if you're fat you might have issues with a lot of poses. I do restorative and it's generally good but sometimes I wish it had tips for if you're fat gets in the way. Still, my felxibility probably causes more problems than my mass, or rather my lack of flexibility. The restorative is pretty good though.
4 stars: Fantastic app, never tried yoga before downloading this and now I enjoy waking up to it. Everything feels intuitive, you get a lot of control over what you'd like your focus to be. The only thing I wish for is the ability to log a shared routine to my calendar, I can't port over routines I do with other people. If that ...
