3 stars: Concept is perfect and obviously use Duo multiple times daily, but the notification is so frustrating! Slow to respond, laggy, quicker to press the notification and approve in full screen that it is to approve from the notification drop-down as it's just so slow to respond. That is the only aspect of Duo that all of our users would agree needs the most work, as it's the most frustrating!
3 stars: The thing that kills the experience here is having to tap to expand the push notification. Consider adding the option to let users have those options presented without first having to tap. It's like letting some put a key in a lock, but making them answer riddles before they can turn the key. Good UX is about eliminating unnecessary taps.
