4 stars: An advertised feature of the tracker is that it updates location every 5 seconds. But the highest refresh frequency for the app is 10 seconds. So cannot take advantage of the tracker's full features. Other than that, the app works well and does what it should.
3 stars: Overall pretty good.. But due to lack of coverage, it can appear that a vehicle has been in one place for hours/days until the service kicks in and then the playback is completely different than what it shown for hours prior. Very misleading.
5 stars: Had problems initially due to user error, contacted TrackSolid and they helped resolve my issues ... lately it seems to go off- network more now however, other than that , it works well and is very accurate ...
5 stars: Great example of a full featured GPS tracker. The server is always up, the functionality is above other I have tried and the interface is attractive and easy to navigate.
4 stars: Installer was very professional and very clear in his providing guidance on usage. I did not give all 5 stars because its a fresh installation and I haven't put the system to network coverage tests yet.
